Our Service Department technicians are trained in the most up to date methods of diagnosis and repair of virtually any brand of HVAC equipment and have a policy of continuing that education throughout the year. We have available a wide array of tools and equipment to facilitate any repair needed from the most elementary of repairs, such as a thermocouple replacement, to the most complicated, analyzing the flue gases on a multi-million BTU boiler. We can also provide Periodic Maintenance agreements for those commercial and residential customers that would like to keep their equipment working as efficiently as possible. In addition our Service Division can perform domestic and irrigation backflow device certification and repair. We pride ourselves in being thorough and complete in all the work we do and we follow all of the state, EPA, and federal laws for refrigerant recovery, heat transfer equipment cleaning, and parts disposal.

 

The Service department also assists our Sheet metal and Plumbing departments by performing factory start ups on all of the equipment they install and by performing the portions of installation that require refrigeration piping and controls. This cooperation and follow through gives the customer the best possible installation or repair and it insures the equipment they received is working as efficiently as possible when we leave the site. Customer satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities.
